Awful used car dealership!!! Sold us a XC90 knowing full well it had been sat there for at least 10 weeks battery low drove it home (3hrs) then battery was knackered didnt even charge on way home called the guy who was rude said he would organise for a new one to be sent after i said we would not be able to drive to him without a working battery and 2 children under 6! No replacement no refund car also needed a new steering rack & pump which he knew about as he had seen the visual receipt from last owners! However he kept saying you need to bring it back to me so i can take to my garage (what so they can be paid by you to lie) i dont think so then his reply was you shouldn't have bought from a garage not local to you what do you expect!Awful customer service awful car i have no issued a County court judgement order as he is not providing customer service! Nor a remedy to this rogue trader providing us an unreliable vehicle and there get out was we are not mechanics we are car sales!!!

I bought a car from these people in March. They told me they repaired the brake pads come to find out they never did anything other than erase the warning light. Also I havent reveived my V5c logbook yet and noone is answering the phone

Awful and financially breaking

Genuinely the worst car dealership I have ever purchased a car from. I did receive a so called discount lol. Emails to dealer with no response, over 39 calls placed to dealer I believe my number has been blocked. Frustrating as the dealership states it offers quality used cars. The cars are not checked or serviced prior to sale. On purchase of a Jaguar XF I have had to spend £450 on paint, £129 on wheel arch, the engine was missing filter box housing £87 two tyres cracked on inside £149 each air conditioner not working after regass turns out car has been in a front end crash and needs a new front bumper, only affordable options £250 eBay and to top it all off after that the speedo stops working £900 from dealer not including coding and the cambelt snaps almost destroyed engine. Looking to sue company and exploring options. No communication and I would avoid at all cost. Also spare key was never post

My son brought his first car a few weeks ago. Steve was brilliant, honest, patient and not pushy. The car is great and we are really happy. The service from this company is great and I would recommend to anyone buying a car.

Went to visit this dealer as close to me, and needed my first car after passing. Will showed me a few cars he had and advised me what I needed based on my needs. Purchased the car and could not be happier. Thank you so much Will.
