Disgusting care

So disappointed, fish are being kept in disgusting conditions, so many gold fish in one tub all gasping and can be heard hitting off the sides of the tubs, orandas with obvious swim bladder issues just left to suffer in the over crowded tanks. XL plecs and catfish kept in tiny display tanks hardly able to move. Really needs reevaluating to better the quality of life for livestock.
Selling ridiculously unsuitable hamster cages nothing of the recommended size for any hamster, the bird cages were filthy and the bearded dragon was in a tiny enclosure with a weak looking heat lamp which I'd be surprised is up to temperature, travelled to get there but definitely not be returning

A Pleasent Suprise

Having just visited this site i thought i would share my suprising discovery. This shop is inside a garden centre and hidden away towards the back of the store. Walking through the shop entrance are some very inspiring fish tanks. Ive kept fish for over 30yrs and didnt realise how advanced some of these tanks had become. I was greeted by several staff in different areas of the shop all of which were very happy to help. Upon my visit i discovered they sell all fish here coldwater, heated and salt water. Then in another area they have lizards, and round the corner from that they have rabbits and guinea pigs. In their outside area there were ponds and waterfalls all very neatly laid out.
Definately worth a visit if you have the time.

Very disappointed

We purchased a crab from here , but it was dead the next day. We returned the next day and they would not replace it , the man was really rude he had a attitude problem. Will not be buying anything again from here.
