Excellent range of pond equipment and koi, we loved the show gardens and the staff we amazingly helpful!

We have been customers for some years - we have a number of healthy fish in our pond. We recently purchased 3 koi and two have since died which was totally unexpected. We assumed we would get a discount or credit but the assistant maintained there would be no refund and was not interested at all despite admitting that they have also lost some fish. We noted that some of the tanks do not appear to be oxygenated. We were very disappointed in the lack of interest and will not be using this shop again.

Excellent place to get your fisheries, they have everything u need, + great location.
Love going there, nicely setup looks and feels like a water park
