Awful .. don’t waste your money!! Order flowers and they deliver the wrong flowers. When I complain they deny it!!! Wasted my money.

I had to order last minute flowers for my parent's anniversary and I have very little knowledge about flower arrangements and which are best suited for this occasion. But I contacted world of Flowers as I had about this business through a friend and the employee that was on the phone was very pleasant. I received the same day delivery as this event was very last minute. It was prompt with no hassle and the standard charge was worth it as this service was to a satisfactory standard. I was very pleased with the outcome as the delivery driver helped me set up and carry the flowers to the venue hall, which helped relieve some stress that I was experiencing. Would definetly order flowers from this shop and get them delivered for the next upcoming event.
