Phoned Simon and explained that I needed an Oil Boiler Serviced and certificate due to a request from the new house purchaser. Simon didn’t hesitate and due to the urgency came the very next day. During the service he showed and explained what parts needed replaced, I was more than happy with his explanations as I didn’t want the new young first time purchaser having any issues over the next Winter months . He was very hospitable and respected my property, would highly recommend him to anyone and confident to leave him alone at any property.
