I asked if it would be possible for the installation to occur before I had to start self-isolating as my father was due surgery, or after this period. They were extremely quick and efficient and using government funding installed the new storage heaters within a couple of days, in excellent time for the isolation period. They look very smart and I’m really appreciative of both the funding and excellent service.

I've had a terrible experience with this company. I needed a quote for a loft insulation, and they asked me to pay a deposit of 120 GBP (in order to provide me with a quote) which was meant to be refunded to me once I go ahead with the insulation. I initially wanted to do it via the Green Homes Grant but it was taking too long so I decided to pay for the insulation from my own pocket. And guess what? Work Work refused to honour their original quote and told me that if I want to do the work without the Grant, then it'll cost me significantly more! At no point before was I told that they charge different prices for the same service, depending on whether you pay it yourself or through a government scheme. I then asked for my deposit back and they refused to pay it and then stopped responding to my emails completely.
Avoid these dishonest money grabbing people at all cost.
