"The one stop shop for all your glazing needs"
Worcester Trade Frames is a privately owned company that specialises in the supply of high quality fenestration products across a wide range of industry sectors. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and this has been a molding factor for the business as a whole since day one.
5 Point Checking Procedure: We understand the importance of getting things right first time for our customer and more importantly the cost implications involved of having to go back on jobs when mistakes are made. This is why we have designed and implemented a 5 point checking procedure to ensure that our customers get exactly what they order, in full, first time, every time. The procedure is as below:
1. Check signed order against the FRAME acknowledgement.
2. Check signed order against the GLASS acknowledgement.
3. Check signed order against actual FRAMES on goods in.
4. Check signed order against actual GLASS on good in.
5. Check full job list for all parts on dispatch to customer.

This company is a disgrace - go elsewhere1
I need to clear something up as your review is both unfair and very unjust.
Can I start by reminding you that you didn't have a contract with Worcester Trade Frames, you had a contract and placed your order through a third party building company who measured your windows and doors and placed the order for your windows and doors to a specification that we subsequently supplied to.
Sadly as you are aware mistakes were made on the order given to us.
At no point have we made any mistakes or not turned up as requested, because we were not and have never been contracted to install any items at your property.
We as a gesture of goodwill to our customer (your chosen builder) agreed to assist with the re-fitting of some incorrect glass as they had no skilled labour available at the time.
By helping out you seem to hold us solely responsible for the errors made.
I hope this clears our position up on this matter.
What you right is untrue. YOUR company measured the openings and got it wrong . The glass YOU supplied was wrong on THREE occasions and is still not right, I would have thought it would have been checked given the previous errors. It is true that the contract is with a third company but I as the customer have been terribly inconvenienced by your shoddy service and workmanship. I stand by my comments.
