Established in 2008 by Dean Fleet-Chapman, Woodlands Homes is a family run business which has grown and diversified to meet the requirements of the modern day customer. We have designed and built a large range of luxury one-off houses and completed some exceptional Barn Conversions, some of which can be viewed on this site. In addition to building individual properties for sale on our own developments, we are recognised locally as a leading company for the self-builder. Woodlands Homes offer a complete project management service including the co-ordination and management of nominated sub-contractors, or we can provide any individual aspect of the self-build process depending upon how much involvement the customer wants to have. Our customers range from the self-builder with a definitive scheme that they wish to achieve, to the customer requiring the whole Design and Build package from initial drawings to moving in, with minimal input.
