Ned and his team completed my extension in rough the time agreed. We had a few delays because of covid supply chain issues. The guys were competent and very very hard working. Any question or query I had were answered immediately or in quick time. Ned also suggested a change in design which myself or my architect did not even thought about and now living in the property it was one of the best decisions made in terms of design layout. The work was done to a very high standard and Ned and his workers were very friendly and professional. Last minute changes did now affect the workers attitude. Every decision was communicated to me before hand so that I knew exactly what was going on. The build was thoughtfully planned so that me and my family
had minimum disruption. I would definitely recommend Woodland construction. Very competent and hard working guys.

Ned and team are amazing. The quality of work is so high, and Ned’s coordination of the work was great - and his flexibility to change as we learned new things was greatly appreciated.

So happy with how the flat looks, with new hardwood flooring, new boiler, all heating pipes under the floor, new electric circuit board and light fittings, bathroom with new towel rail, shower fittings and tap - plus detailing, whole flat redecorated.

I used Woodlands Construction London Ltd to rebuild a derelict garage with an asbestos roof and convert the space into a gym. The whole process was extremely professional and transparent. Before starting the project, I received a detailed quote which broke down the costing and provided me with a template as to what exactly was to be undertaken.

Ned and his team completed a kitchen extension at our house within a conservation area. It was particularly difficult in the design of the footings and roof as we have plenty of trees which meant a special design for the footing, also large sliding doors meant we had special steel support work. sourcing particular materials for matching and made a fantastic job of the brickwork. As i am an industry professional my standards are really high and Ned met those standards with no problems. Financially sound and very fair, Honest and willing to offer alternative suggestions for materials and design issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any project

From day one to digging the foundation for my extension to finishing the build eveything was excellent. They did everything in time and kept me up to date. Everything was done to a high quality and the materials used to high quality. There was no hidden charges and everything the builders said they would do was done. From the plumping to the electrics all done by same group which made it easy. They also did my bathroom and kitchen and that was also done excellent to a high standard. While the build was getting done this did not distrupt us day to day living and when we came home in the evenings the house was cleaned and dust and dirt was kept to minimum first class service by woodland construction 5 stars recommend these guys
