Hugely disappointing service. The driver dropped me at the back of Colchester station which meant I had to carry 2 suitcases and handluggage downstairs, through the underpass, and up the stairs to the main entrace. On my return I phoned from Romford as agreed to let them know I would be in Colchester soon and they didn't bother to answer. Funny way to run a taxi service by not answering their phone.

Disappointed. I had booked and paid for a few taxis to take some relatives and friends to my wedding in July. I heard from 3 different sets of people that they there had been problems with the taxis. One driver had been unpleasant towards my elderly grandmother, rushing her and being patronising (I heard this from the friend accompanying her who was upset enough to tell me this on my wedding day) and another taxi, pre paid, demanded payment at the destination - my GROOM minutes before the wedding service had to come out and prove, showing emails that it had already been paid for. I also discovered that a taxi meant for 8 guests departed with just 2...because the taxi wouldn't wait a few moments for them despite them being on their way down to the lobby. The lady I had arranged with and booked through had been brilliant and really helpful so I was very surprised to hear negative feedback from my guests about the drivers. It's upsetting really.

Atrocious. Do not use this firm. Booked them 6 days in advance. 45 minutes after scheduled pickup, there was still no cab. Worse still, the lady in the office told us that at 30 minutes late, one would be with us in two seconds...... No cab arrived for us or the other guests that booked separately. We were left in the countryside with no ride home. I phoned 23 times and they simply ignored my calls. Firms like this don't deserve to operate.

Great ladies on the phone and very helpful, a very clean car arrived on time with a very smartly dressed driver. Great conversation, good driving, and a super price, what more can you ask for. Definitely highly recommend and will use again. Thanks Woodbridge Cars
