Poor quality product and consistency through order batch - avoid.

The delivered wood was a different colour from the sample, and far more rough to the touch. The carpenters we hired were seriously unimpressed, having to deal with so many knots per plank - an average of 3. You will need to over-order to deal with this issue, our offcuts pile was huge. Worse still our order batch was seemingly made in two different places as the planks couldn't click together - literally, different thickness, different quality of ply and knots, different colour and different thickness of the veneer. This was a very disappointing experience, as we didn't think we'd gone to the cheap end of the flooring suppliers (paid ~£5.4k for 85 planks). Unfortunately, we couldn't send back the order as the carpenters were booked and we needed to move into our new house.
