Our dog had a bacterial infection and the vets did not give him antibiotics until we begged and demanded a treatment after 4 long weeks. Our little pooch suffered and lost about 15% of his body weight. He lost blood as well. Eventually he needed days of intravenal antibiotics and 14 days of tablets. Worst of all, the vets here do not admit their mistake. A doctor who is unwilling to listen is a red flag for me. We paid 2K for his bacterial infection (no insurance wouldn’t cover). I was fooled by a good interior designer – but a vet who loves my dog is more important : ) 

Every single person working at Wolfe Vets is glorious. They are kind, polite and informative. My dog is obsessed with the place and makes us say hello every time we walk past! There is nothing that this business could do to improve. They are amazing.

We brought our dog Rufus to Wolfe Vets when the practice opened last year and we are so thankful that we did. The pre-payment plan for routine visits, treatment discounts and worming etc is useful but what we are most grateful for is that James and his team of vets, nurses and support staff helped us through an incredibly difficult few months recently. Rufus became very ill and the care, diligence, professionalism and kindness of every single person that looked after him at Wolfe Vets saved his life. Not only did he get the very best medical attention, but he was loved and looked after throughout as though he was their own. The efficiency of the whole team meant that he was seen promptly throughout treatment and that even the process of sorting out the insurance was taken out of our hands at a very upsetting time. Outside of visits, reassurance was only ever a phone call away at any time of day and night. A fantastic team with the best facilities and most importantly, a kind heart.

Such a nice vets! I got a new kitten in the summer and have been quite a few times over the past few months, each time James and his team have been really kind, friendly and welcoming, turning what can be quite a stressful ordeal into a really pleasant experience.
