WMR Contractors is a family-owned and operated all trades contractor, offering a range of specialist trades including joinery, roofing, electrical, plumbing, plastering, brickwork and painting & decorating services. Based in Glasgow, we work with a variety of clients throughout central Scotland on a corporate and individual basis, in both the public and private sectors.

We are a general works, property maintenance and insurance works contractor while also specialising in the conservation and refurbishment of traditional buildings, rot repairs, damp proofing and total turn key refurbishment packages.

Established in 2015, WMR Contractors is an all trades contractor, providing all aspects of building work. From our base in Glasgow. We have established a strong reputation for successful delivery in the refurbishment, repair, maintenance and conservation of traditional buildings, including listed and historic properties, where we employ our own trades and use traditional methods to preserve the building’s fabric.

WMR also refurbish and maintain properties of all ages for a variety of clients, including housing associations, church organisations, nurseries, private landlords and home owners.

The business is owned and managed by Andrew McGowan, who is supported by our experienced management team. Together with our highly trained tradespeople, our team has a comprehensive understanding of the building industry. Using this knowledge, we closely manage our projects to ensure that we always deliver the highest quality. We work with our clients to find the best solution for their building, then actively monitor the works so that we can always keep everyone involved in a project up to date on its progress.

Due to the variety of specialists we employ, our full turn-key service from project design, to onsite management, project delivery and completion has helped with providing us with a number of clients who use our services time and time again.
