We had rats for some time in our loft and due to being connected with other houses it was a nightmare to get rid of them! I was 6 months pregnant at the time so I couldn’t do much to help, he came out numerous times then what we had actually paid for just to make sure that they were gone before I went into labour! Every 2 weeks here was here without fail putting traps, bait and resetting ones that had gone off. Will was a god send. So kind and really informative too, he went in the loft to see some bits of our wall missing and that’s how they were getting in. Got it blocked off and then started our guarantee from that day instead of after the three initial visits. I would have him again and again if I needed him. Best person to have and again so, so kind!

Called will yesterday and booked a visit for the next day. He arrived on time and sprayed the wasp nest entrance (as the nest was in the wall cavity) 5, hours later no sign of wasps. Really nice guy, well presented & good rates.

The owner is very proffesinal and efficient,with good value for money compared to competitors, he got rid of all our bees, wich were very high up in the eves, and even came back a week later to make sure they had gone,also plugged the holes up where they had got in at no extra cost, 40 mile round trip, we are very pleased with the work carried out and price,

Wil came out today (Friday 24th May) arrived on time. Very genuine, friendly person and polite both on the telephone and in person. Explained everything, clearly, not pushy, his knowledge is excellent. I would recommend him to anyone. Would use him again
