Wizmark Computers

This review is apologetically several years late. I have used Mark for several years. I am now 80yrs old and ashamed to say I was not aware of his review page.
Mark is the most sincere professional who has outstanding core values,such as,courtesy,expertise,reliability and honestly. He has never left without fixing the problem,or advising on the most economic best value solution to it.

By asking for the help of Wizmark Computers who had been unreservedly recommended, my PC nightmare was resolved. The service was excellent, the solution perfect, the timeliness was faultless and throughout I was treated with patience and understanding. Wizmark were metaphorically and literally, 100% on the mark.

Mark from Wizmark Computers gave me all the advice I needed to make the right choice. I was interested in two models but did not know which one to choose so as I had spoken to Mark earlier in the year I gave him another call. When I let him know what I did and my price range he advised me to purchase a different model with the same high specifications I needed. This also came with a 15% discount as well! It was, and proved to be, the right computer for my needs and it's performance so impressive. On receiving the computer after only 24 hours I telephoned him to thank him and asked for some advice on connectivity.

To him I am really grateful and would advise them, from wherever they live, to use his company's services. For myself, I live in Nottingham, and they are based in Cardiff. As I said previously great service, considered advice, super fast delivery and so leaving me a very happy customer.

Mark from Wizmark very efficiently set up my new computer, explaining everything clearly as he went along. He gave suggestions on maintenance and gave me some top tips on passwords. All this was done in a friendly and approachable manner in my own home in two hours. I was very pleased with the service and I know I now have someone reliable and knowledgeable I can call upon should I need further support.
