I offer counselling in a safe, cosy and friendly environment. I am based between the towns of Sudbury and Haverhill. I see people of all ages and also offer couples counselling. I practice face-to-face counselling, online and telephone counselling as well as Walking and Talking Therapy along beautiful footpaths.
I see clients with a range of problems including depression, anxiety, addictions, bereavment, family and relationship problems, lonliness and many more.
