Bad workmanship and customer service
1My elderly mother used wintons blinds and had a couple of issues with the workmanship and scratches on products, not wanting to make a fuss she left it, just after 12 months a set of blinds on her French fell down.
Revealing 2 raw plugs wedged in the same big hole, on further inspection another set on a window bay has a big visible hole that must have been miss drilled and not even filled in at her new build property.
Pictures were sent and they informed that she was out of the 1 year period and they would come out for a charge. But wouldn't be in the area anyway.
Fair enough being out of the warranty period that's a lesson learnt for my mum not to settle.
However people should be aware of the workmanship which is not excusable, pictures available.
The right thing to do after seeing the evidence of badly installed products would be to rectify.
