Our original veterinary surgery is in the heart of Winterbourne Village, providing animal care to town residents and those in the surrounding countryside. We also offer the full range of veterinary services at our surgery in the village of Brimsham.

I have no choice to use this vets, as i live around the corner (other vets are too far and my cat gets very stressed in the car)
They LIE about their bank holiday monday hours.
It says they're open and that times may vary.. They don't open at all. I've called so many times this morning and they're closed.
Very frustrated as my cat is limping badly, but i know its not an "emergency" so i dont want to waste their time on an emergency appointment.
So angry!

Hi Lisa, very sorry to hear about your frustration. You're right in that we don't open for routine care on a Bank Holiday but we don't advertise anywhere that we do. I would love to know where you got this information so that I can address it to prevent further confusion in the future. Unfortunately lots of directory services on the internet will list us without our permission and as a result without the correct information. Please rest assured that although we are not open on Bank Holidays, we do have an emergency service in place for when you really need us.

I can't rate them highly enough. I have two dogs who have both had mass cell tumours removed this year. Took them to this practice for the first time today. They were amazing they were proffesional but very friendly. Whatever the boiopsy outcome I know I will be supported throughout.

New management of the clinic, Lovely helpful and caring.

We took our new dog in early this week, and noticed that everything has change (for the good, from a few years ago), had lovely friend vet and receptionist. Will use again.

I have known mark for ten years as he used to be my horses vet. Moved away and after getting ripped off hundreds of pounds and my poor animals being given unnecessary tests at much discomfort I returned to Mark.
Mark has healed my cat and dog within hours whilst my expensive vets were still asking me to have more tests. Marks practice is old school but if you want to be ripped off go visit a flashy practice if you want excellent animal care at a fraction of the cost go see mark you won't be disappointed. Can't recommend him highly enough

SHOCKING ANIMAL CARE - CRUELTY

Avoid using Mark - our dog was very very sick and sadly (we knew) needed to be put to sleep. We called in an emergency on a Saturday morning desperate for help - We were told that he was too busy and to book for 2 week (because we needed the vet to come out!) - then we were told to 'find yourself another vet' Who would leave any animal gasping for breath and dying?? MARK would!
