Do yourself a favour and don’t order! Ordered online for the first time with Just Eat. After 2 hours of waiting, I phoned the restaurant to chase up my order. Was told they would call back. No call back. After 3 hours Went onto Just Eat chat site, their representative said he would contact them. He came back to me saying they told him my order had been delivered and it was up to me to get a refund. The food never arrived and the restaurant will not answer the phone. I have been ripped off for £26. Not happy with this place or with Just Eat.

Don't order from this place. I ordered via Just Eat at 5.29pm and the time advised for delivery was 6.35pm. Chased order via Just Eat and restaurant didn't respond at 6.50pm, phoned the restaurant direct at 7.10pm and someone said in broken English that my order wouldn't be too long as they've been busy!! We're all busy so that response was next to useless. Still haven't received my food and it's now been just under 3 hours since i ordered it. I've never had such bad service in my life. One star given as a result, I would have given zero but I couldn't.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR STOMACH!

Ordered from here once before and seemed okay so when my usual Chinese wasn’t open ordered again. WORST MISTAKE EVER. Delivered in time stated and soup to start was lovely but the rest was disgusting, chicken balls swimming in grease so bad it was pooling in the bag (massive oil mark now left on my sofa), didn’t even touch the rice which smelled like it had been sweating in the container for ages and prawn crackers stale. Then the worst part was I ate my first chip which looked fine but tasted so rotten it made me violently sick almost instantly, and I usually have such a strong stomach! Rang to complain and didn’t speak good English so drove over to take the food back in, only part refunded me as I had ate all the soup, too bad it came straight back out again!!

Not very nice food.

Ordered set menu c. Specifically called up to see if it was possible to swap something as I was ordering through just eat. Lady on the phone said you can't do it through just eat but I can do it over the phone.no mention that it would be extra to swap.Guy turns up, hand him the £20 expecting change of £1.50 (once he'd handed it back I was going to give it him as a tip) but he said it's £22.90. I told the guy that i wasnt told it was extra and i only had a £20 note on me. So i offered him the food back but he was being agressive and just said no you owe me more.
Eventually we both gave in and he just took the £20. If I was told on the phone I would not have ordered or id have collected and got the extra money out but this was unacepptable.
Anyway, the food. Chicken was gross. Stringy, luke warm and generally unpleasant. Prawn crackers were stale. Rice was overcooked and stuck together.
Never ordering from here again!
