Fish not cod probably pollock it is a scam do not visit.Chinese have ruined traditional English fish and chips.

Wing Lee is the chippy that my family have been going to for the past 16 years and it just gets better and better.
The staff are helpful and have edited orders for myself on occasion. For example; my girlfriend and I love the "Starter for two" but neither of us like the seaweed (or seaweed in general) so I asked for it to be taken off the starter as it would only be thrown away, and I don't like to waste food when I don't have to. They abliged and offered to replace the seaweed with some more spring rolls; which we was both happy with.
Personally, I think that this chippy surpasses majority of the other takeaways in Middleton.
We recommend;
Beef in blackbean sauce with green peppers
Salt and Pepper chips
Prawn Crackers
(If your hungry, get two portions of the beef :-))
