Very quick service and they did what they said in the timescale that was quoted

Had a problem with my Transit van as the fuel filter flashed up on dashboard. Not a problem usually but I was on my way to Bristol from Plymouth. Phoned Winford Ford who was able to book me in that day. Arrived at time of booking and all work was completed in the time scale that was quoted. Excellent Customer Service over many years

I have bought 5 used Fords from this company for personal
use - all estates, Escort, 2 Sierras, a Focus and a Kuga. I cannot fault the customer service - the only time I bought from a different Ford dealer I had nothing but trouble. I trust this dealership and bought the Kuga over the phone without visiting it, had it deliverrd to my home over a hundred miles away and am extremely pleased with it twelve months on.
