Window Master

Graham repaired two windows in my daughters flat. Terrific service, polite and punctual. He has also repaired double glazed units at our house.

Graham Page changed two handles on a double glazed window unit for us. One of which had broken and sheared off inside the unit. He was punctual, polite and helpful. (Observing social distancing and wearing both a mask and gloves). He also cleared up after himself.
I would recommend Graham to anyone who needs a repair to their double glazing.

I am delighted with the service from Window Master. My problem was a patio door that had been getting stiffer to close, and then become impossible to close. When I rang Graham he said he would come and assess what was needed for the job on his way home from another job that day. He arrived and made an assessment, and told me that it might be something that could be fixed there and then. It seems the wood above my aluminium patio doors had warped and was pressing down on the frame. (I had originally told Graham on the phone that I thought I might need new patio door rollers). So Graham worked his magic on the top of the aluminium frame, and he managed to slightly alter the frame so that the door slid perfectly with just the touch of a finger. Graham is some sort of genius in my eyes, to spot and rectify the problem so quickly and to assess that it was nothing to do with my patio door rollers. He is one of the most genuine, skilled and honest trades person I've ever met.

Excellent service. Graham came to view the job on the day I emailed him and gave me a quote. Came back on the specified day to fit window. Job was completed quickly and efficiently and any mess was cleared away. Would definitely use again and would recommend him most strongly.
