easy work but the managers don't care about you, hired far to many people for the amount of work they had on, and all u do is walk about 20 miles a day up and down there massive warehouse

I have worked for screwfix trentham since 2004 . I have found that if you get on with your work , keep coming to work on time and don't post anything on facebook you will be ok . You will only be bullied if you take it . If you feel you are being bullied don't be afraid to report it to either the bullying line or to hr . Easiest job I have had in my life . Give it a go and make up your own mind.

I work here and there is so much bullying. The managers all have their favourites and if you don't get on with their favourites then the managers bully you as well
