AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - DISASTER. Ignorant, arrogant, zero concept of customer service. Queues often a line of skeletons as wait time so long. Often 1 active server post office counter, with 3 guys scratching their rears behind the other counter. Always customer's fault, never those working there. Any complaint met with blankness and weevil excuse - in one ear and out the other. A former sweet shop which should have been left as a sweet shop. One of Royal Mail's worst reorganisation disasters. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless desperate
