1Sorry have to disagree, they were very profesional for us and consistent wit price
Unfortunately, I have to agree with SandraG-21 - there are so many excellent services available locally - why take the risk of repeating our experiences. Key personnel are simply not emotionally or professionally equipped to do the job.
Be in no doubt - they are not open 24 hours as the Google listing indicates.
Nearly a year has passed since my wife's funeral and I do now agree with everything you two contributors day about this outfit. No evening or weekend viewing, but the big problem I had was regarding the donations mourners made to McMillan nurses . Funeral was conducted 26/09/2017 and people approaching me in December to say , cheques hadn't left their accounts, got in touch with McMillan and hadn't received anything from ravenhill. The donations raised over £780. Several meetings with ravenhill followed and numerous e-mailed later and this episode finished about February when ravenhill sent a cheque for £580 to McMillan hand delivered to their offices on Castlereagh road. This didn't any account of cash donations. I didn't pursue this any further because my wife would not have wanted any controversy. The persons who donated never had the money taken from their accounts and ravenhill had to fund this themselves. Poor taste
