Aggressive, poor quality

Wilsons came to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and fitted a flexi pipe – though this was prompt, the work was not done well – and it was still leaking afterwards which was irritating after spending our money for a plumber to fix it. The plumber needed to be asked back twice due to this pipe still leaking, as I had paid for the pipe to be fixed. This morning we had a really horrible interaction with Wilsons, which has caused me to write this poor review – after the leak yet again not being fixed I called up to see if he could come back to fix it, this lead to the plumber shouting down the phone in aggressive voice that this was “not his fault”, there was “nothing wrong” , “don’t you know physics – all pipes are wet”. The plumber also shouted down the phone that this was in fact my sons fault and continued shouting at me that “it is not leaking”. Customers should not put up with this level of aggression from plumbers.

Aggressive I certainly was not .let's remember you had a burst flexi hose .couldn't turn water on .I came the very same day .to repair the hose .you in yourself admited plumbing under sink had never been touched for yrs 15 if I recall . You told me it was leaking there again straight .back You rung again leaking again I came over .to look not one drope of water in the bowl you left under the sink so called Leak .I stayed there .asked your son to be a witness .both confirmed no leak .but for you to phone again and say its leaking I put tissue around it all night .it was damp next day .excuse me 26 degrees outside . Proberbly 5 degrees on your cold pipework .hence condensation In my belief. But as I explained. The pipework under your sink is wrong .my new pipe I replaced isn't leaking wat so ever .but I put it to the customer I would go back .but would have to replace existing shoddy pipes at an extra charge . In future I'll replace everything and charge accordingly.
