I bought a 2019 Citroen Aircross from Wilson's and I was really impressed with the whole service from beginning to end, they even delivered it for me. I was given a single point of contact to deal with who was really helpful. Very pleased with the purchase and would recommend Wilsons - Great Deals and Fantastic Customer Service

BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I GO THERE AGAIN!

Be very very careful when buying a used car from this garage.
I was looking to purchase a Grandland from them.
However, there was a bit of confusion about it being a petrol when I wanted a diesel.
No, the Rep said I wanted a petrol because of emissions and tried to make out I was some sort of forgetful person. The funny,in a tragic way was the car was diesel anyway!!
To add insult to injury, the Sales Manger then threw his toys out the cot and refused to give my £200 deposit back. A LOT of phone calls later, during which both the Rep and manager were "TOO BUSY!"
to speak to me I spoke to the Main Manager, Mark and he refunded my money.
Let The Buyer Beware. Although in ending, we are in the middle of this Global Pandemic and their shoddy customer treatment was bang out of order, they did in fact save me with being saddled with a £21,000+ debt! So cheers Wilson`s! You might not know it but you did me a favour! Ta..

Be very careful!!!

I bought a 2017 Vauxhall Insignia which was 2 years and 11 months old and had 14000 mile on the clock. 4 months later I found out the turbo was leaking dangerous gases in to the car. The turbo needed replacing. I had done a further 2000 miles. I had bought the extended warranty which I found out only covers up to £1000. This turbo should have lasted a lot longer and if all Vauxhalls did this they would go out of business. I will never buy again from this dealership. Please be careful.
