Amazing and expert care5
This is our second experience with willows and the team are amazing
This time our spaniel Ted had a nasty accident on a walk
We were referred by our local vets in Banbury and the team weee ready to care for Ted on our arrival
We were filled with confidence on meeting the team and we knew immediately that Ted was in expert hands
Ted had now fully recovered and we are indebted to the whole team at willows
Thank you all so very much ❤️
WE THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS5
AVOID THIS VETS1
Our cat was referred to Willows after it was ran over.
We had a consultation with the vet that cost over £400 and lasted just 15 mins.
In that time the vet said our cat had a 60% chance of survival if they carried out treatment. The vets already had X-rays from the original vets which confirmed 5 broken bones, even though they said with treatment our cat would have a 60% chance of survival which we thought was amazing.
However the next day after a £1,200 CT scan the vet changed there opinion and said it would be best to put our cat down.
In total we were charged £2,700 plus just to have our cat put down. We have still not been given a proper answer as to why a £400 consultation with a specialist vet could not confirm our cat had no chance of survival but a £1,200 CT scan could.
Either their vets have no consultation skills or they just wanted to make more monies with an over priced CT scan.
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the costs associated with your pet’s consultation and investigations. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate your details from your username alone however we would wish to investigate your concerns. If would like to contact us on 0121 712 7070 to discuss with this, we can investigate your concerns fully.
