Devon Michael

Devon Michael moved here after getting a letter from the RCVS in his previous job. He didn't write anything in my dogs file which led to her have the wrong operation (the surgeon who operated without any info is currently being investigated). Then to try and cover his actions he wrote in her file after she'd had the wrong operation. He was sent a letter about the importance of keeping accurate records and that was it. No apology, no accountability. The RCVS is a joke, we need an independent body to investigate complaints. In the meantime I wouldn't trust a practice who employ someone who cares so little about animals they don't even write which leg needs operating on on their file.

Outstanding Service

I was referred to the Willows by my local vet to take a look at my cats eye problem- from the moment I walked in I was very impressed. The facility is amazing and puts most human hospital’s to shame. The reception staff were super friendly and very helpful, it’s clear that every person working here is passionate about animal care. The specialist ‘Rodrego’ and his colleague were very professional and super friendly, explaining every step of the process. This place and its people are simply outstanding- I have to say there recruitment team are clearly doing a great job finding very capable, talented and caring professionals. Other care organizations whether animal or human could definitely learn a thing or two from this very impressive team and organization.

Really can not recommend highly enough
This is our second experience with willows and the team are amazing
This time our spaniel Ted had a nasty accident on a walk
We were referred by our local vets in Banbury and the team weee ready to care for Ted on our arrival
We were filled with confidence on meeting the team and we knew immediately that Ted was in expert hands
Ted had now fully recovered and we are indebted to the whole team at willows
Thank you all so very much ❤️

WE THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS

Our dog, who had not been eating or drinking for over 2 weeks, was referred to Willows by our local vets who had exhausted all their expertise. Fergus and the Internal Medicine team along with wonderful nursing care were extremely knowledgeable and totally supportive. They acted without delay and saved our dog's life. We cannot thank them enough.

AVOID THIS VETS

1
AVOID THIS SURGERY THEY ARE JUST THERE TO MAKE MONEY!!!!

Our cat was referred to Willows after it was ran over.

We had a consultation with the vet that cost over £400 and lasted just 15 mins.

In that time the vet said our cat had a 60% chance of survival if they carried out treatment. The vets already had X-rays from the original vets which confirmed 5 broken bones, even though they said with treatment our cat would have a 60% chance of survival which we thought was amazing.

However the next day after a £1,200 CT scan the vet changed there opinion and said it would be best to put our cat down.

In total we were charged £2,700 plus just to have our cat put down. We have still not been given a proper answer as to why a £400 consultation with a specialist vet could not confirm our cat had no chance of survival but a £1,200 CT scan could.

Either their vets have no consultation skills or they just wanted to make more monies with an over priced CT scan.
