Willow Tree Cat Hotel is a bespoke, family run establishment located in the beautiful Shropshire countryside. Situated just 8 miles to the north of Shrewsbury, it is easily accessible from all points within the county as well as North Wales, Cheshire and beyond.

Since opening, Willow Tree Cat Hotel has quickly built up an enviable reputation for being the premier cattery in the region.

It is equipped with 18 family suites, constructed from state of the art uPVC double glazed doors and panels. Each suite has a fully insulated and individually heated bedroom with a full length sleeping shelf carpeted in fleecy 'Vet' bedding, along with a light and spacious exercise area equipped with a cat tree, toys and large sun shelf that overlooks the central garden courtyard separating the two wings of the hotel.

Secure passageways to each wing are fitted with large fold down windows, enabling our guest to enjoy the fresh country air all year round.

We have used Willow Tree Cat Hotel for several years now. Sally is always welcoming and caring that our cat Tess is settled in before we leave. Very comfortable individual rooms in pleasant surroundings allow Tess to settle in quickly which is great for all of us. A good menu of cat foods is available or, as we do, it can be supplemented with her favourite food/treats. Tess is not a very good traveller which results in accidents enroute but Sally takes this in her stride and always cleans the carrier for us whilst we are away which is much appreciated. We always go away feeling confident that Tess is comfortable and in safe hands and we will continue to use Willow Tree for future stays. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel 😀

I have been taking my little (not so little) fluff ball Toby to Willow Tree Cat Hotel for many years now. The service you can not fault. Absolutely spotlessly clean and plenty of love from Sally the owner to all her fluffy residents. I would never venture anywhere else... my Toby only goes to the best hotels and he never wants to leave when its time to return home 🥰🥰🥰

Home away from Home

Again a big THANKYOU to Sally and Staff who looked after my 2 Fur babies again for us, This Cattery is the best, set in beautiful grounds very peaceful and such a relaxing place to leave them knowing they are truly looked after and will be happy and not stressed, Great Chalets for them to stay and plenty of space to play and chill on the cat trees, This is spotless Definatly a safe haven to leave you Fur babies with the Knowledge that they will be looked after. Thankyou Again Sally and Staff,See you again Soon Karen and Mike

Outstanding care, very happy cats

This was the first time we have left our 4 cats in a cattery so we were quite nervous about it. We needn't have worried - our cats were so well looked after and were quickly settled in and happy. The care they received was excellent and we had updates sent with photos to show how they were getting on. The cattery is very secure, even the worst door dasher is totally safe which was a huge plus for us.
The runs are a great size, with cat trees, hiding places, comfy beds etc all provided. Our nervous former feral had places to hide to keep her stress-free. The 4 were kept in adjoining runs, which was reviewed after a few days to be sure they were settled like that.
We would definitely take our cats to Willow Tree again, the service and care is outstanding and every need for the cats is met.

Holiday for Pampered Cats

WOW!! Willow tree Cat Hotel is Amazing, We arrived and met by Sally who made us feel so relaxed, The whole area inside and out is spotless, Sally is a lovely welcoming lady totally someone that loves cats and enjoys what she does, And is Excellent with it Too! The Luxury Chalets they stayed in are Fresh, spotlessly clean and very welcoming to both the owners and there cats too. Arriving back from our holiday we were met with welcoming smiles from Sally once again, Our cats were so relaxed and happy i think they would have been happy to stay a little longer as Isla went back inside and jumped back on the cat tower and curled up Soo Relaxed and Happy! We were even given the soft food and treats back that was unused. This Home from Home for our Pampered Cats is a Credit to both Sally ,Geoff and the Staff. Thank you Once again for looking after Isla and Obie, Were already booked in again see you all soon and Thankyou Again
