Our 30 year old kitchen had stood up well but really was in need of replacement. We researched a number of local firms & settled on Willows Kitchens & Bedrooms of Newton-le-Willows. We were impressed by photos on their web site that showed a kitchen similar in size to our own.
We made a telephone enquiry and within a couple of days Andy (owner) visited to talk with us about our requirements & offer his expert advice. He took initial measurements and within 24 hrs we had a computer layout and digital representations of what the kitchen would look like together with a cost which we found acceptable.
The installation date was fixed for 6 weeks ahead and ran pretty well according to plan with the fitter, Darren, working rather long days to complete the work (he is a perfectionist). There were a couple of small glitches which were rapidly fixed.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality and fit of our new kitchen and have no hesitation in recommending Willows Kitchens & Bedrooms.

We decided to internally enlarge our kitchen by incorporating the existing dining room and utility. We researched a number of suppliers before settling on a recommendation by our builder from his past experience. Our own experience with Willows kitchens has been second to none. The proprietor Andy, was extremely helpful with the design and we found the price comparable to one or two but better than most. After we placed the order communication was relaxed and helpful despite delays with Covid 19. During the fitting of the kitchen, by Martin Donnelly, who was superb, there were one or two minor teething problems which were corrected quickly and without fuss. We are delighted with the finished product and wholeheartedly recommend Willows Kitchens and the fitter Martin Donnelly.
