I have been a customer of Willow Motor Works twenty plus years now. Long ago they earned my full trust. Counts a great deal for laymen dealing with a garage. Chris and his Mum - wish I could recall her name as she's a lovely - and all of them are upfront and honest with you. In one instance they dealt with a fault it turned out they had completely misdiagnosed. Chris admitted this but still only charged for the original, much cheaper, repair. I only ever own ageing cars and on many occasions I have been delighted to find these pass the MoT at Willow without problem. A less honest or reliable outfit might be tempted to do otherwise. Technician Kelly Glazebrook receives a particular shout-out for his sense of humour and actually remembering who you are. He once strode back into the office, tossed the key of my ancient, long owned Punto to me, declaring ''Another year!'' then disappeared back into the garage with smiles all around. Great, trustworthy customer service.

Top class service. Very thorough and very quick. I'm new to London and the cost was on par to what I've paid elsewhere. And they even hoovered my car which was above and beyond. I'll definitely be using them I future

Don’t choose the garage for repairs. The worst garage I’ve ever experienced in my life! They rip you off. Unfortunately i went there for my car Air Conditioning service. They charge me more then £130 for just one broken wire fix(not replace) and one AC relay replacement price £25. According to them Gas is ok . After complication of work when i checked AC cooling was not 100% so I ask them it’s not ok. They said to me during checking may be some gas leaks so they charge me £25 more for top up some more gas.
Story not end here after few days when I start my car AC. Throwing just Air not cool air so I went agin to them and complain. They checked my car and told me one new story that it’s some complex work your condenser condition leaks. And ask me to book an appointment they will fix it, surprisingly asking for more money £120 which I refuse.
