These guys are amazing to deal with, My husband has had difficulties with his health and could not drive to the garages. The Staff from willow autos came out of thier way and visited us at our home address, they had advised us of the required repairs and work on our Ford Galaxy, So we booked our vehicle to be collected by Willow autos, they had came and collected our vehicle and taken it in for repairs. when they later came and collected me and my husbad to see the vehicle we was amazed of how willow autos took extra care with our vehicle and provided so much couretesy, they had even put a new mot on our ford galaxy, the vehilce was washed inside and out and we even recieved a gift voucher for our next service with willow autos. we highly reccomened these guys as your local garage, we are sure that you will recieve the same level of expertise and service from willow autos.

When our car received extensive damage we approached a number of different companies to see about repairs. Willow Autos were by far the most professional, respectful and friendly company we approached. We chose them to do the work and they far exceeded our expectations. The repairs were done efficiently, expertly and were competitively priced – the car looks brand new! You would never know it had been damaged. What's more, the staff kept us informed at every stage of the process, arranged for the car to be picked up and returned at times that were convenient to us and returned the car in a pristine state. They even fixed a couple of extra bits that weren't on the originally job spec. We cannot recommend Willow Autos highly enough.
