Terrible Customer Service

Sofa is lovely but unfortunately the two delivery men took paint off of our wall and then while forcing the sofa through the lounge door pushed the door too far back and split it! I emailed W & H and after it taking them forever to get back to me and me having to chase I basically got an email saying not their problem and that they “cannot assist any further”. As for the delivery company I haven’t heard a word.. £70 delivery fee for a broken door and ruined paintwork. I will never recommend these people or use them again and I suggest you don’t either.

Great products and customer service

Bought a sofa bed and armchairs from Willow and Hall six years ago. They are still in great condition, with no sagging, and the springs on the sofa bed are still holding up really well.
Not only that, but when we bought them, we had our young children with us, and the staff at the showroom were really welcoming to all of us.
Could not recommend Willow and Hall's products or customer service more highly.

Lack of after-sales care and shoddy workmanship

Unfortunately I cannot give aggro review. After 2.5 years our sofa springs broke, we had to pay Homeserve a fee to come and check the fault, Homeserve found that plastic spring clips had been used rather than metal and the spring tension was not as they should have been, this was a manufacturing fault. However as we were told we were out of the ridiculous 1 year guarantee we had to pay for not only the inspection but also for replacing with metal clips, in total we spent over £300 for shoddy workmanship. The after-sales care and customer service is atrocious and I cannot your company to any friends or family.
