5 minute journey. £11.30 utterly shocking, service was rubbish as well. Wouldn’t recommend!!!!

Sunday, 4 Aug 2019 - Leuchars station. The 9.37 London train was cancelled about 5 mins before arrival. Station very busy, next train 11.17. I and 4 others had business in Edinburgh, (2 had planes to catch) One of your drivers agreed to take the 5 of us to Edinburgh (I couldn't read his name on the ticket he gave me later) He was exemplary; courteous, a careful driver, he got us to Waverley before the train would have done! Just want to thank him again gratefully for making my day, rescuing all of us in a tricky situation, and I praise Williamson's for the quality of their staff!

This company is paid a lot of money to transport disabled students to enable the students to get to their lectures etc on time. I find it unbelievable how unreliable they are. Nearly always late and we were actually lied to directly when we queried where the taxi was for our daughter. He said she was in the taxi already and she definitely was not!!!!! When we tried to ring him to tell him this he put the phone done on us multiple times!

Rude staff from operator to the driver!

Horrendous. Do not use this company they have made me miss several trains and do not compensate, use golf city of HM, avoid at all costs, also very rude
