We moved April 15th just two miles down the road. David put the carcass of one of my husbands matching wardrobes on the side of the van for the boys to carry. A gust of wind blew it out of the van, it smashed on the pavement. My husband took all the doors off the wardrobes before the move, also off our dresser, except for the cocktail cabinet part, which got dented and scratched. Our wardrobes and other furniture was as new, the wardrobe is not replaceable as the manufactures have gone into liquidation. This left us stuck for wardrobe space as it was a double hanging robe. They paid for a new wardrobe but of course does not match the one broken, and not of the same quality. They did pay for a hanging rail to tide us over.
They also dented the threshold in one of the bedrooms which was new, as we had laminate floors laid down before the move. We were gutted about the wardrobe and other items damaged. We would not recommend Williams Removal for a home move.

David came around to quote very quickly and his quote was returned very quickly but in all honesty we choose Williams because he was easily the cheapest. We worried a little because of this. However, having had not so good experiences with removals before we were delighted. What pleasant, hard working lovely set of boys. Couldn’t do enough for us. We were stressing out as usual when they turned up but we were told to chill as they new what they were doing and would take the strain. So they did! Brilliant! Expericed! Pleasant and reasonable prices!
