Completely satisfied and highly recommend for new bathroom

Called in to Wm Rees broughty ferry showroom to ask about walk in shower/bathroom as my wife has health issues and cannot now use bath/shower on the 27/2/24. Got a brochure and advised could have someone call to give advice/measure/price. Appointment next day for 5/3/24 @ 1.30pm. Chris arrived 1.30 prompt. Gave excellent advice, measured and advised vist showroom to pick complete new bathroom fixture/fittings. Excellent help from Elaine/Chris. Phoned with price 11/3/24, accepted excellent price. Elaine phoned 15/3/24 start date 18/3/24. Steve arrived prompt 9.00am to start, completely stripped bathroom and was finished 22/3/24. Excellent workmanship, superb bathroom and tidied each night to have use of toilet. Arrived 25/3/24 to uplift all rubbish. Completely satisfied and highly recommend Wm Rees.

Excellent service,Steve, the engineer who installed my new bathroom did a beautiful job, he was punctual, polite and a very tidy worker, and overall I cannot fault him or his work,,happy to rate 5 stars - will certainly recommend this company and use it gain!

my opinion - Avoid this Company

A dreadful company in my experience. In fairness it has been taken over and my review refers to the NEW company. I am disabled, and throughout his visit the engineer was offhand and rude.
As I didn't fully understand the technical aspect of fitting a shower I
asked him to explain, to which he told me to shut up and then proceeded to jump hard up and down on my tiled bathroom floor telling me it was concrete so all pipe work is above it. I felt I was being pressurised to agree to what he wanted me to have, not what I wanted. However, he did agree to supply a quote, and I am still waiting for it 3 weeks later. From our conversation I realised that it was he who had bought over Wm Ree. A very unpleasant experience and I would never use that company.

Poor

Wet Wall panels delaminated after three years and we were offered either a 'patch-up', or replacement at our expense. OK it only cost 4K for the whole bathroom but we had hoped it would last longer this.
