We have number specialist surveyors, chartered builders and chartered Surveyors who cover the UK carrying out a variety of surveying services.

We carry out inspections and provide Expert Witness Reports for a range of legal cases, finding the source of dampness, mould testing, assess and manage building insurance claims, assist in disputes with builders and construction related matters, carry out inspections for landlords or tenants in housing disrepair claims, damaged and or failed insulation and workplace related injuries. We also inspect and report on invasive species, such as Japanese Knotweed.

In a nutshell, Williams Price can assist you in all your property related inspection and reporting needs, provide training and offer plain old-fashioned advice.
