Have been using Billy for many years now and he, and his stafhave always provided an excellent professional service in a friendly and efficient manner. Have just used his service again this month for two seperate jobs (1) installing outside lights and new switches and (2) installing smoke/heat /carbon monoxide alarms both jobs done by the same electrician Enio. This young man man was extremely polite, tidy, efficient, friendly and explained clearly how everything worked also answering all my questions. Delighted to find he now also provides a Plumbing and Heating Service which I used this week Pleasent, very helpful and informative youg man provided a tip top service leaving the bathroom spotless. Billy also organised joiner to construct steps and raised beds in garden Davy the joiner did an excellent job. well pleased with the finished work Davy is a personable, accurate and a tidy worker. with the job completed on time. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend and use again.

We originally contacted Billy to arrange for a check on the electrics for our daughters new house in Tillicoultry

Our daughter was moving 500 miles from Plymouth, Devon needing the electrics checking and new plugs fitting together with joinery work, plastering and the whole house decorating.

Not knowing workmen in the area fortunately Billy said he could organise all the tradesmen. The quality of the work was exceptional and all the workmen very friendly and helpful. With Billy coordinating the work it was all done in a very timely fashion.

Due to the current serious health issues we have been unable to travel to see the finished work other than via our daughter showing us on the phone by WhatsApp. However she is absolutely delighted with the finished job and her comment was that "you can see they were real professionals"

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending William Duncan and the workmen he uses to anyone wanting a quality job done
