We were on the verge of getting rid of our computer because it was very slow and not working properly but a friend had recommended Charles at Willfix Computers, to take a look and I'm glad I did. He worked on it and it's now a fast effective computer again. Many Thanks Charles.

Excellent service , communications and involvement in decision making

My laptop had virtually ground to a halt and was impacting on my business and ability to communicate and work with my clients online. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop but Charles was able to identify a problem with the hard drive and install a new part instead which gave me a much cheaper solution. He kept in touch with me throughout so I was involved in any decisions and aware of costs and timescales. I would definitely use his services again in the future for any laptop / software issues.
