Wilkin Alarms was recommended to me by one of their current long-term clients, and I am glad to have followed up on this recommendation. The initial visit to review the property and my needs was very thorough and although I was presented with all options, there was no pressure to take what I felt wasn’t required. The date and time of installation was booked on completion of the visit. On the day of installation, the engineer was spot on time, and discussed every aspect of the process beforehand. The alarm was programmed taking into account my needs, current and future (pets). There was a short training session at the end to introduce me to three control panel in addition to the manual so I felt confident setting the alarm while away right from the start. The installation took slightly longer than anticipated as the engineer had to return to the office to exchange a part.

Really happy with the service I got from Wilkins Alarms. I had a new alarm fitted recently and customer service was brilliant. Thank you to Lee for fitting it in such a quick professional manner. He took time to explain. everything and was extremely tidy. Thank you to Jason too for sorting out a few problems we had and thank you to the ladies on the phonelines who were very pleasant and responsive. Thoroughly recommend!

Professional, friendly, efficient, trustworthy

Very professional company, friendly and efficient. They came when they said they would, installed the system in the time they estimated, and the price was as quoted. What more can you ask? The system is much easier to use than my previous one, and the engineer explained it fully before he left. Very impressed and would recommend.
