5Lies, damned lies and diagnostics
1Arrived today and spoke to wilfie personally, only to learn that he hadn't even looked at it! He couldn't even find the key, which was exactly where the receptionist had left it last week. Being busy is understandable, but being dishonest is unacceptable. However I know that the garage is popular locally and I am sure that this negative review will not impact the business - very much a local autospark for local people.
Looking at these reviews (mostly from the same person) it is clear that wilfie has lots of local support, although I suspect that there is room (locally) for competitors to thrive.
I hope that everyone got the league of gentlemen jibes :-)
