Imagine the keystone cops, Arfur Daley and Basil Fawlty team up to run a garage..this is it! About as professional as the chuckle brothers with the level of customer service you might expect from a hamburger stand..AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Went for wheel alignment as my wheel look cambered and the inside of the tire was wearing. After a few weeks of driving , it was still doing the same thing. I went to go and get a new tire done and they had put a new valve on and I had blue dust caps on before so I asked them if I could have mine back and he changed it for me and air was p****** out the tire and the mechanic did notice it but didn’t do anything about it. I went to pump up all my tires and it was still p****** out air so I went back and he just moved the little thread that’s inside of the valve. I went to Sheffield and I realised my tire was flat. Driving with a spare tire on the motorway. Next day I went back to them and said what happened. They wouldnt accept me in and wouldn’t fix my tire due to having no time but eventually someone was found. He changed the valve and sprayed soapy water on it and said everything will be fine. My boyfriend pointed out bubbles forming, pointed it out and it was then silicone sealed

Thought they were better than that kind of behaviour

I took my car for a bulb change. I informed the guy to be careful when removing the plastic casing as the last garage snapped the end off the plastic casing on the other side. The man was trying to remove it but could not. I said that there is another screw to remove. He asked his colleague to help. His colleague check on the internet and began to remove. He then said to me to wait inside out of the cold. I wish I had not, but I trusted him. The plastic end had been snapped off. I am sick to death of being treat in this disgusting way by garages. People do not treat you bad because of who you are, they treat you bad because of who they are. I was given 2 different prices for the bulb change the first guy said £8 the second charged me just over £5 the actual cost if nearly £300
