Got a price of £140 to fit my new rear brake calipers which I supplied.Calipers didn’t fit my fault.Price from them to supply the correct ones was an additional £260 Total of £400.Told I couldn’t take my car as it wasn’t safe.Asked why they didn’t check the new parts fit before stripping it down?They said don’t know. Told them I’d have car towed away before I’d pay there rip off prices. Left car there overnight.Went to Tong motor spares 1st thing Monday morning and got the 2 correct calipers for £110. Dropped them off at Moto save by 9.15 am.They said it would take 2 hours to put them on.Car was ready at 1pm paid the £140.Drove off to find a rattle on back rear wheel and brakes were not working well.Drove 200yards in car took it straight back.Turned out the brake pipe they made was rubbing on my alloy cos it was too big.And calipers had not been bled properly.They drove me home and brought car back to me 3hourslaterBrakes worked but car had a pissy smell inside and oil marks in cabin.

Went in for a mot,service,front pads and handbrake cable doing. They had the car for 5hrs nothing was done but the mot which failed for parking brake. however no contact to inform me of anything till i called up. Surely they could contacted or done the front pads and service even if it failed on mot and if they were stuck on how to to hand brake cable.
one of the mechanic informed me that I need a new caliper and some bits which can only be found in a scrap yard.and that it failed its mot due to a parking brake which would take over 3 hours to do.
bare in mind they have no knowledge that the caliper had been changed 4mth ago and was fine. tried to fob me off saying I need a new caliper because mine was seized and need metal sleeve from a scrap yard for the hand brake cable because they break
paid them took my car out.
repairs and service in just over 2hrs. And passed it mot at well recognised garage. caliper was fine cables were at fault.no parts from a scrap yard needed.

Very good value and service, highly recommend

I am very pleased and impressed with Wilco. I’m new to the tea and was recommended to Wilco by a relative. They fitted a new tyre for me quickly and at reasonable price and more recently checked my car over when the engine management light came on. They charge £45 for diagnostics which is reasonable and expected, it turned out to be the air filter was clogged which they kindly cleaned out at no extra charge but advised it may need replacing if the problem occurs again. I would definitely recommend Wilco, they are friendly and helpful, quick and efficient, reasonably priced, and don’t undertake unnecessary works. Moreover they always seem to be busy which is always a good sign! It is very nice to find a good and trustworthy garage.

Helpful and professional and excellent customer care.

Rachel and team were so helpful, professional and gave great customer care when my car gave up during a house move. Got me back on the road quickly and with helpful advice on how I could save some money by getting the work done (calipers and brake disks) on the Monday instead of Sunday. Really helped the pocket. Would definitely recommend.

AVOID FRAUDSTERS- WILCO MOTOSAVE TONG STREET,BRADFORD 4

AVOID-FRAUDSTERS;drove to their Tong Street,Bradford 4 store;had ABS sensor replaced on my S class;drove out with sudden rumbling noise from suspension;drove back;Neil the mechanic who did work disappeared;drove back next day;Neil said noise was from faulty front lower ball joint;Wilco initial written report stated suspension was "ok"but Gavin(manager)& Wilco won't hand me a copy of it;asked Gavin & Neil to explain sudden ball joint failure;no answer;had to park my car at home due to the unbearable noise;discovered later that Neil had maliciously withdrawn the brake pad pins on driver's side & re-inserted them the wrong way & he also LOOSENED THE BOLTS ON
THE BACK OF THE BRAKE CALIPER;the bolts were tightened & the noise disappeared completely.I complained to Wilco but no response;I threatened to & did report them to BBC Rogue Traders;triggered immediate response full of lies;discovered that Wilco induce their employees to
"create" extra income for them to get monthly bonus.

Sorry we were unable to assist you in this instance. Allegations that we would try to create extra income are incorrect.
