The Shop Front at Whytes of Crossgar is a listed building and was constructed in the 1800's and is all original apart from a lick of paint, the shop is very deceiving as it houses a vast array of showrooms that extend along 3 floors.

A variety of occasional pieces :- lamp, hall, telephone and nests of tables, sideboards, bookcases, display cases, desks and finished with lamps, ornaments, glassware, figures and photo frames.

Choose from a large selection of photo frame, ornaments, candles, gifts, lamps, mirrors, wall art, handbags, scarves, jewellery, homeware, artificial flowers, glassware, painted + framed pictures and much more..

We stock a variety of companion sets in various colours, fire guards, coal buckets and scuttles, log baskets, lanterns, footstools in various colours and sizes to suit all needs

We stock a selection of dining tables in different sizes, colours and woods. From solid, semi solid, veneer or Formica which is stain, heat and scratch resistant. Chairs can be bought separately also at request.

Along with our dining tables comes a choice of matching pieces from desks, sideboards, wine racks, bars, bar stools, servers, chopping boards, plate racks, welsh dressers and more...

To suit all needs and room sizes we have a selection of small drop leaf, extending, draw leaf, flip top dining tables. Glass and Marble are some of the more modern designs available and can seen on our shop floor also.

Our newly renovated showroom houses our designer suites from Ashley Manor, AMX Designs and Alexander James. From classics, contemporary to modern, we are sure we have a model that will fit any home and a wide selection of combinations and exquisite fabrics to choose from..

Our new Silentnight and Rest Assured Beds Gallery is available to view in our new showroom with over 16 models to choose from with matching upholstered headboards. Drawer and Ottoman storage options are also available at request.

You can choose from a selection of mattresses available from bonnel spring only, pocket sprung, memory foam, latex or with natural filling like :- wool, cashmere, silk, mohair, cotton and coir. Divans can also be bought separately and are available in choice of colours with drawer options.

A Selection of Bed Frames in a choice of materials :- solid wood, metal, high gloss, leatherette. All ranges will have matching furniture pieces :- Robe, Chest of Drawers, Bedside Lockers, Blanket Box. We also offer a choice of hand-made upholstered beds available in different fabrics and styles.

From Rustic and Chunky to Plain and Light we stock all types of of bedroom furniture to fit all sizes and shapes of rooms within your home.

French style painted furniture in various colours and designs is a available at request.

A choice of bunk beds for children in different colours from grey, white, pine, walnut, cherry, pink and blue to suit your child's requirements. Matching furniture is available and upholstered kids chairs in their favorite childhood characters to finish their room off is always a nice touch.

From Contempo, Italy is our handmade suites collection with a classic twist in various Italian leather colours and wooden arm and leg finishes. Modern and Contemporary suites are available also with manual and electric recliner options and chrome feet.

The showrooms in Whytes extend right to the rear of the property with a selection of suites, dining sets, chairs and room setting environments with displays set up to look like a customers room and help envisage the furniture in their own home.

A room with various chair styles, rustic oak style furniture range, a classic style wool rug and a few finishing touches to make the room feel homely.There are over 5 Rooms to view in Whytes and vary from modern to classic in a variety of fabrics and colours all with furniture to match.

Wow - what a store. Lots of different departments full of all types of furniture to suit all tastes. Friendly staff, free delivery and offers. Definitely worth visiting
