Brilliant service.

Brilliant service. I have a flower shop on the Isle of Arran and any time I need anything I know I can just phone up and the staff will hand my items to a flowers suppler across the road to be delivered with my flowers. Very helpful and well mannered staff.

Avoid this place!

Went to the Blochairn branch half hour before stated closing time. Asked to set up a trade account with the man manning the till area, he asked if I could 'come back another day? I have too much to do and I'm closing in 5 minutes'. After being told he would lose out on a sale and that I would go elsewhere I was informed that 'he won't lose any sales, he gets lots of sales'. He then asked if I could hang about for half an hour so he could finish what he had to do. I'm astounded at the lack of customer service, the blatant rudeness and basically being turned away from a shop because the workers had too much to do! Whittington's would do well to sack this man. His attitude needs a massive adjustment.
