went to collect my sons prepaid jumper on the arranged date given by school after about 10 minutes of searching the person asked someone else who explained the jumper was not in stock yet and would call me when it arrived on 24th August after not hearing from whitakers I contacted the shop the person said they would ring back never did the next day I called into the shop once again they spent ages searching and the jumper could still not be found they agreed to give me one off the shelf but there were discrepancies about the size ordered and would be £1 difference I ended up taking a different size that I had ordered as feel could not deal with this unorganised incompetent chaos anymore

Useless. They take your money, keep you waiting for weeks - initially told it would be 2 weeks, nearly 5 weeks later, still nothing. Delivery date been and gone and I can get no answer from them . Early last week, I was promised uniform will be delivered by 30 August. They do not answer their phone OR allow messages to be left. They have turned their message service off now! PLEASE AVOID. I’m waiting for uniform paid for at the beginning of August. Many of my child’s friends are in the same position. This shop is a terrible business, best avoided.
