Excellent friendly service.

I've been shopping here for years. Service has always been excellent. I just bought a tin of paint here and accidentally dropped it as I was leaving. The guy who served me cleaned it up with no fuss and a few jokes to make me feel better! Highly recommended!

Just lost a sale of over £900 worth of paint as the guy who answered the phone could not be bothered to write down what I needed and add it up ...... I’m glad he doesn’t work for me is all I can say ......

Rude and unhelpful.

The guy made out he was exhausted from mixing the paint. Really? from putting paint into a machine that mixes it for him? Then said it wasn't that close of a colourmatch, and when I questioned this, he said it was either that (Johnstone's) or pay for a more expensive brand. Rude, unhelpful, miserable old bloke. And no, it wasn't a good colourmatch. (Thankfully found a better shop since then).

I asked for a colour match. The employee saw my required chart colour and went to their paint mix machine. He then presented me with my required colour matched paint can. I opened the can, was shocked to see he has supplied me with
WHITE BASE PAINT! My required colour is certainly not white! I went somewhere else and they got it right!
Your staff member was very miserable also!
This has cost myself time and money.
I will not be back!
