I’ve had my Van in this Garage for some work , all done to a great standard , BUT I had a problem maybe unrelated within 24 hours, I couldn’t get reverse Gears, so I asked could they do a Home visit (1mile away) they came out & fixed the problem, I doubt they offer this Service all the time, but fair play they went above & beyond to sort it out, so I’d recommend them for Repairs / Servicing/ MOT’s give plenty of notice if possible they are ALWAYS busy

took my car and the gf car here recently for both mot and a couple of repairs
i simply cannot fault the service
they stuck to quoted times ,even though on one repair they had to get another part
and yet they still stuck to the quoted price
which was also cheaper than the three other places i tried
spot on guys thank you

Service and MOT carried out on my vehicle. All aspects fully explained with quick efficient service. Work that would be needed in the future highlighted. Will be booking back in when needed. Would definitely recommend.

AVOID AT COSTS

I would not recommend using this garage. We dropped a vehicle with them on the 3rd January and didn't get it back until the 12th January. When we did we were hit with a bill for £600 and the battery was flat the following morning.

We were even happy for them to install a new battery at a further cost to us. Later that day we were informed that they did not want to carry out further works on any of our vehicles as were rightly annoyed with them. I would avoid using this company at all costs.

How on earth can you pay £600 for a van repair, have a problem with it the following day and the mechanics refuse to proportion any of the blame with themselves.

Been going to this garage for 6 years and not had problem until coming under new management recently and I took the car in for a valve replacement, service and mot.

Dropped it off at 9:15, found it hadn’t been looked at by 14:15 and told it was just having its mot. Later found it failed because the mot was done BEFORE the service? The service would have prevented the fail.

The initial quote I got for £250 went to £355 and when arriving at 15:45 had to wait a while.

Haggled price down to £307.10 and drove to pick my son from after school and by 2 miles away then noticing a problem with car juddering and warning lights.

I came the saturday morning and told the timing actuator had gone (£650 please). the car was fine when it went in and comes out with serious problems having paid £60 per hour labour charges that would trust the car is in safe hands and comes away from them in a better condition than before and not worse and a responsibility for this happening. Never again!
