Unprofessional and incompetent service

Dreadful and incompetent company. They failed to carry out property inspections to fulfil my insurance requirements in 4 months out of a 9 month contract. No explanation for missing visits ever given. Erratic and blatantly wrong invoices, damage to property not reported. Phonecalls, e-mails never answered. Complaints about their service not investigated. Save your money and go elsewhere. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys.
