We are an independent family run letting agent with Debbie and Samantha (Mum and Daughter) working hard to provide the best possible service. We are based in our shop on Victoria Road, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham which has a lovely homely feel. Their respective husbands, Nick and Ian provide help behind the scenes with maintenance and running of the business. Our business started a few years ago now, being landlords ourselves we were frustrated for years over other local agents letting us down, not contacting us and charging excessive prices, Whilst sat having dinner one evening we said 'We could do better than that...' and we did. Debbie was already managing her own portfolio of residential properties in the local area with experience spanning over fifteen years. Samantha had been to Nottingham University and after achieving a First Class Honours degree in Business Management and organisation she was delighted to win the Macildowie award for 'best final year performance in business'. After working her way through the Boots head officer graduate programme to senior management level she finished to focus on her own business. Not only mother and daughter, not only best of friends they are now strong business colleagues.
